Thank you again for you help in correcting my signup. My professional experience started in 2000 when I worked for an investment company. There I received my first taste of real estate and I decided in 2003 to become a broker. I worked as an originator for a few years dealing mostly with Prime (A side) lending. Late 2004 I was offered a job with a lender and decided to take it. I worked for Loancity and CMG as an Account executive. Presently I have returned to lending and work for one of my past client, Absolute Home Loan services.

Hi Sam,
It is still not clear to me "its better to accept it and think about any other alternate business".
I mean if I don't have any idea about the business that I set-up, than what should I do? Should I take that or look for the any other alternate business.

Thanks for appreciating my comment.
Now I have a fair idea about "Needs & Wants". And from this blog I learn Needs are more important than Wants.
It is true that entrepreneur always convert the consumer wants into their needs.

Hi PSD,

Obviously you are right. But is it good thinking to pay for the same which you can able to decide by your own.

You want to know whether its a right time or not you to buy a home. And with the help of this planner you can easily check it of your own. Then, why we should go and pay some dollar for the same result.

Hi PSD,

Thanks for giving me a chance to clarify my points.

1. Know how to differentiate between your needs and wants.
Needs and Wants, both are very similar phrases but still there is a difference. Needs define to mandatory requirement in your life whereas "wants" means strong desire of something.
I will definitely come up with a coverage on "Difference between Needs and Wants" in my next post very soon.

2. Don't hesitate to accept your weakness.
Mean to say be aware of your weakness while making a plan. Otherwise it may happen you cannot get success. For example, You are looking forward to start a business related to fashion designing business. But you even don't know the ABC's of fashion designing. In this case, its better to accept it and think about any other alternate business.

3. Be practical in life. Do not plan emotionally.
Planning for financial decision or any subject, it should be from practical thinking. Like you have recently married and your wife is demanding a kid. But you are not in that financial position to afford it. So, think practically and take decision.

Planning is necessary in each and every aspect in our life. Yes we need to plan before buying a home or real-estate.

But don’t you thing it’s better to take advice from Mortgage Advisor or Consultant rather than taking own decisions.

Yes you need to spend some extra dollars from our pockets but they can give you a proper planning path.
