The Mortgage Industry is now passing through one of the toughest times. And it’s a challenge for all the professionals (Lender, Broker, Loan Officers, Appraiser etc…) to make their business a success.

I have a few tips for them.

Generally we take help of Advertisement through different Medias like Newspaper, TV Channels, boarding and lots of others… it helps in product promotion.

But in a big industry like Mortgage, the professionals are actually not promoting any product. They are mainly engaged in providing services. And “Service Promotion” is quite a tough job, though not impossible.

We all know “Building Goodwill is the key to successful business“. But it’s very difficult to build Goodwill.

Tips to promote your business:

• Run your blog. Keep on updating it with the service you are providing.
• Be a part of different related communities.
• Participate in forums and guide people as advisors. Don’t try to make posts that just help in your business promotion.
• Try to be a friend of your client (After all without them we cannot survive)
