Yes, it’s the Big Day for which we all wait eagerly every year and celebrations are on full swing! All the rush and hurry for Christmas shopping, gifting and organizing parties during this time of the year are now over because it’s the day for which we’ve been so actively involved in planning how to enjoy. So, it’s time to have fun and party and bring a smile to your near and dear one’s faces with a small but precious gift.

The blog was initiated by Anna Luther in March 2005. She secured a degree in Chemical Engineering from Russia but worked there as a model and an actress. After moving from Russia to USA she earned her masters certificates in Business Administration and Marketing from U.S. Berkeley. After trying a hand at the dot com industry she worked out of urge and sheer passion with people in the real estate business.

Today a group of dedicated real estate professionals are working together on this platform which has been named Raincityguide. It’s their effort to provide you with a constant stream of updates about the local real estate market in Seattle, Washington. The main thing that attracts me is unlike other real estate websites that are simply focused on giving you the data, the group at Rain City Guide has organized around a “blog” in order to provide context to the vast amount of real estate information that is available!
