At last we are able to implement a system where a community member can convert himself as a lender on request.

Earlier I have received too many requests but wasn’t able to take out enough time to implement this system.

I would personally like to thank one of my community members, Mr. Shawn Craig (Mortgage Broker, Absolute Home Loan Services), whose request forced me to implement the system.

Now, members just need to send me request for it, stating his brief professional detail. And I will convert his profile from community member to a lender.

Please feel free to come forward with the request and I shall look into the details asap.

Our community has come up with a presentation on Reverse mortgage - just an initiative from our end to help seniors understand how reverse mortgages can help them lead a better life after retirement.

Satisfying day-to-day needs and maintaining a healthy lifestyle are the primary concern of seniors. And there are programs that help them achieve that. But such programs have limitations which can be overcome by opting for reverse mortgages.
