OEW: Representing stock market over the ages

February 4th, 2008

This is a neat place for the stock market analysis. OEW provides you with detailed information regarding the stock market and its analysis through the Elliot Wave theory.

The Stock market changes every day and the trend or the wave differs. The bull and bear markets do not seem too complicated to understand once you read through the tutorial that the site provides you with. The lucid language and the step by step explanation can provide a layman with a vivid idea of the concept. After all it is not so hard to discern when you are explained in the easiest of terms. Understanding waves might seem difficult if you take a superficial look. The complete cycle, the impulsive wave, dealing with extensions, identifying diagonals, labeling waves, reading the market, it’s all there for you.

The definition of the Elliot wave, the OEW tutorial, recent studies regarding the OEW, OEW in real-time, all have been compiled distinguishably. The explanations over charts make the study simpler and comprehensible. The site is an exemplary container of valuable theory and information.

A complete Real Estate Information – Raincityguide.com

December 22nd, 2007

The blog was initiated by Anna Luther in March 2005. She secured a degree in Chemical Engineering from Russia but worked there as a model and an actress. After moving from Russia to USA she earned her masters certificates in Business Administration and Marketing from U.S. Berkeley. After trying a hand at the dot com industry she worked out of urge and sheer passion with people in the real estate business.

Today a group of dedicated real estate professionals are working together on this platform which has been named Raincityguide. It’s their effort to provide you with a constant stream of updates about the local real estate market in Seattle, Washington. The main thing that attracts me is unlike other real estate websites that are simply focused on giving you the data, the group at Rain City Guide has organized around a “blog” in order to provide context to the vast amount of real estate information that is available!

They give us a complete picture of the facts and their identity.

Member to Lender - Finally it’s possible!

November 29th, 2007

Hi All,

At last we are able to implement a system where a community member can convert himself as a lender on request.

Earlier I have received too many requests but wasn’t able to take out enough time to implement this system.

I would personally like to thank one of my community members, Mr. Shawn Craig (Mortgage Broker, Absolute Home Loan Services), whose request forced me to implement the system.

Now, members just need to send me request for it, stating his brief professional detail. And I will convert his profile from community member to a lender.

Please feel free to come forward with the request and I shall look into the details asap.

10 tricks make visitors your own

September 29th, 2007

Whenever a webmaster is coming up with a website, its primary goal is to get maximum visitors. And for that, we usually choose 2 major ways:

  1. Placing Ad: A cost-effective strategy on which you may have to spend huge amount of dollars.
  2. Optimizing in Search Engine: A time-consuming strategy.

By applying any one of the strategies, you start getting visitors and now it’s the actual time to earn profit, i.e. R.O.I (either your investment is dollars or it is time)

Now you need to think about making visitors yours. Let me share with you the top 10 powerful tricks which can make it happen.

  1. Create a specific Custom Landing page for each specific product advertisement or for each particular word that is being searched.
  2. Do not include navigation bar on the landing page or at least try to minimize the links to other resources, which are not relevant to particular landing page.
  3. Try to avoid using your home page as a landing page for the particular searched word or advertisement. If your visitor lands on your home page clicking on a particular word, it may happen that they may stay longer in the site and check out more pages. But it creates a possibility that they won’t make a purchase.
  4. If your site has the registration form or any signup form then try to make it smaller in size. Asking too many at first short will affect in signup.
  5. In the registration form if you’re asking for email then include email privacy information stating that you won’t share their information with others.
  6. One of the most primary factors is your site design - It should be simple, clear, uncluttered and easy-to-read.
  7. Make the text of your site readable. Keep the font size of the text at least 10 points.
  8. If you have any product to sell, then having a bigger and more detailed image can incline the visitor towards making the purchase.
  9. At the time of purchase, if you are asking for the buyer’s credit card number, then placing 3rd party endorsement such as “Veri-Sign Secured” on the page will give him a confidence to buy.
  10. Keep focus on basic requirement. Online visitors are just like brick and mortar in some ways. They will return if you can provide –
    1. An easy way of return.
    2. Excellent speedy service.
    3. Wide selection of products.
